Nonpublic Requests
Due by April 1st

TRANSPORTATION REQUESTS

           

NON-PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION

Transportation requests for children living in the Cleveland Hill School District to attend nonpublic schools by NYS Education Law, must have been made by April 1, 2009 for the 2009-2010 school year. 

 

Requests should be provided to the Transportation Department.  Simply complete the form provided below and mail to: Transportation, Cleveland Hill School District, 105 Mapleview Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14225.
