Eligibility Policy

ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE AND EXTRA-CURRICULAR ELIGIBILITY

 

The major goal of the Cleveland Hill School District is to achieve excellence in academics. Cleveland Hill also believes in providing a well-rounded extra-curricular program (athletics, music, clubs, intramural, etc.) designed to enhance the growth of our students. To participate in extra-curricular activities is a privilege.

 

1. A student wishing to participate in an extra-curricular program must fulfill all eligibility requirements. In the event a student becomes ineligible, the student may resume participation only after all eligibility requirements are successfully met.

 

2. A student must be in attendance for the entire day in order to participate in that day’s extra-curricular activity.


The Entire School Day is defined as follows:

From 8:00am - 2:36pm for the Middle and High Schools

From 8:35am - 3:10pm for the Elementary School
