Alternate Requests

TRANSPORTATION REQUESTS

           

ALTERNATE TRANSPORTATION

Transportation requests for children attending the Cleveland Hill School District to be transported to a location other than their home address, but still within the District.  

 

Requests should be provided to the Transportation Department.  Simply complete the form provided below and mail to: Transportation, Cleveland Hill School District, 105 Mapleview Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14225.
