For registering your child(ren) with the Cleveland Hill School District please take the time to read the following information.
The new student registration is a multi-step process and will require more than one day. We ask for your patience and understanding. In order to register your child(ren) you must first pick up a registration packet at the District Office located at 3660 Harlem Road, Cheektowaga, NY 14215. Each child must have a registration packet filled out. We will mail you a packet if you wish. Please contact Mrs. B. Gioia, Registrar at 836-7200 ext. 8540.
Registration Process: - Please complete all the forms in the packet.
- Missing information will only delay the registration process.
After completing the registration forms, please have it
notarized by a licensed notary.
Drop off the registration forms at the Registrar's Office at which time an appointment will be made with our Registration and Residency Auditor who will review your requested documents.
Following your meeting with the Auditor, and all is in order, the registration process will be complete. The Registrar will complete the process and register the child(ren). The preferred school will then notify you when your child will start and have the necessary bus information.
