Each item has a corresponding Item # next to it. Use that number and size info in the order blank on the bottom right hand side.
Youth sizes come in Small - Large
Adult sizes come in Small -XXXL.

All hooded sweatshirts and t-shirts will be screenprinted with the logo in the top left hand corner. Polo shirts and Fleece will be embroidered with “Cleveland Hill Eagles” logo that includes Eagle character in the middle.
All other items will be embroidered with “Cleve-Hill Eagles text logo in gold.
Return your order form to your child's school office or Angela Moochler by November 30, 2009. No other orders will be taken after this date.
